You will receive your order within 14 days of placing it. Delays are rare but may occur during holidays or due to courier issues.

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Custom pieces are non-returnable. Contact us with photos and your order ID to initiate a return.
